The MNGR Presents: Christmas Jazz Evening

On the 5th December, The MNGR brings you an intimate night of festive jazz. We're back at The Grange, following the success of our launch event there, for our final event of the year, with entertainment from four talented local jazz acts.

The night will begin with a set from Behop, who describe themselves as “4 guys faking jazz together“. The boys play for multiple bands and events around the university and across the country, covering a variety of genres, all of which showcase their skills at the high standard you will see on the night.

Second on is Alyssa Harrigan, a singer/songwriter from the British Virgin Islands. Alyssa moved to London to pursue her career, following a long family history of music and has since reached success through performing Neosoul and Jazz across the city.

Denver Cuss is an Irish vocalist who specialises in jazz, Latin, funk and soul. In 2017 she opened Ealing Jazz Festival with a set on the main stage. Her quartet regularly perform around London, refining their jazz skills in a variety of venues.

The final act of the night is Alice Auer. She has studied music extensively and recently graduated from LCM. Alice performed on the main stage at Ealing Jazz Festival and has since released her EP Close to You. We hope you enjoy hearing this as the show closes.
